First Advantage recognizes its responsibility, as a global corporate citizen, to give back to and produce an enduring, positive impact on the communities in which we operate. This commitment to corporate social responsibility encompasses everything from ensuring the dignified treatment of employees without discrimination to establishing solid corporate governance. These principles are memorialized in our Global Code of Conduct.
First Advantage has also established a Code of Business Conduct by which we require our vendors to maintain a workplace that is free from forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labor and specifically requires compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act of 2018. As we look ahead, it is our goal that each and every vendor around the globe be contractually committed to comply with the principles set forth in the Code of Business Conduct. In addition, every new vendor is vetted through our comprehensive Supplier Relationship Management Program process which requires all prospective suppliers/vendors to agree to the prohibitions against using forced labor.
The Anti-Slavery Transparency Statement has been duly approved and adopted by the First Advantage Privacy and Security Compliance Organization and will be reviewed and updated annually.
